Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation from Applied Response Solutions, LLC does not constitute an acceptance of your order, nor does it provide confirmation of our offer to sell.  Applied Response Solutions, LLC reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order and without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Applied Response Solutions, LLC may require additional authorizations, verifications or other credit information before accepting any order. Applied Response Solutions, LLC reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason.

  1. Applied Response Solutions, LLC respects your privacy and values your trust in us.  We work hard every day to earn your trust and confidence so that you can enthusiastically use our services and recommend us to your friends and co-workers.
  2. Applied Response Solutions, LLC does not secretly collect information from visitors to our web site.  We do not sell, rent or barter mailing lists of our customers to anyone.
  3. We do not reveal a customer's name or address to any promotional partner unless the customer affirmatively opts-in to the promotional offer.
  4. We do collect and store the names, addresses, credit card numbers and other personally identifying information of customers who make purchases.  Name and address information is saved in a secure environment and only used to process purchases.  Credit card information in not stored on our servers and is kept only on the systems maintained by our merchant bank.  At the customer's request, we will not send to the customer any information or offers unrelated to the customer's specific purchase offer.

BACKORDERS

At Applied Response Solutions, LLC, we automatically update our on-line store so that we may offer to our customers the most up-to-date products available.  Even though our site often lists 10,000 items or more, due to the popularity of some products, we may not always have an item in stock.  We have included product availability information on our product pages so that you will know if the item is currently available.  Applied Response Solutions, LLC will accept orders for out-of-stock items to ensure that you will be the first to receive the product once it becomes available.  If your order is not in stock, the product will be placed on backorder and shipped when the item is available.  You may cancel a backorder at any time prior to shipping by calling our Customer Service number at 512-868-9066.

PAYMENT METHODS

Credit Cards

We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Applied Response Solutions, LLC.  Please be sure to provide your exact billing address (as listed by the issuing bank) and telephone number.  Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.  The charge on your credit card will be processed as you complete the check out process. Credit card orders shipped to the billing address on the card will be expedited.

Checks & Money Orders

Applied Response Solutions, LLC accepts money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only.  Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check.  For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. Applied Response Solutions, LLC cannot guarantee the availability of a product or price by the time funds clear or payment is received.  A $25 fee is charged on all returned checks.  Instructions for paying by cashier’s check/money order.  The product will be shipped when the check has cleared.  Print your Applied Response Solutions, LLC order form and send it with your payment to:

Note: Please reference your order number (from your checkout receipt) on all payments.  We also suggest sending the payment to Applied Response Solutions, LLC by Federal Express, UPS, or other carrier which tracks its deliveries to ensure delivery.  Saturday Delivery will not be accepted.  We cannot be responsible for lost of misdirected payments.

Damaged Merchandise

If a product appears to be damaged at the time of delivery, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery.  If you accept the damaged package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for Applied Response Solutions, LLC to file a damage claim.  Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it in which it arrived.  Notify Applied Response Solutions, LLC immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.  If you do not notify Applied Response Solutions, LLC of damaged goods within 15 days of delivery, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and the product will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions.

All Prices are subject to change without notice and will be established at the time of order acceptance by Applied Response Solutions, LLC.  Order acceptance and sale by Applied Response Solutions, LLC occurs at the time of shipment.  Prices for back ordered products are not guaranteed.

RETURN POLICY

Please contact our Customer Service Department before you make a return.  No returns will be accepted without a valid accompanying authorization number and a copy of the original invoice. Applied Response Solutions, LLC will not accept returns of opened software, memory, custom orders, volume orders or build-to-order (BTO) products, unless defective. Some non-defective items are designated as "non-returnable" for various reasons, include end-of-life products. If you have questions about the returnability of a specific item, please contact us to confirm its returnability before ordering.

General Return Policy

Before returning any product, you must contact our Customer Service Department within thirty (30) days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  The RMA number is good only for one (1) or more items from the same order and must match the product(s) authorized for return.  The RMA is valid for ten (10) days from date of issuance.  Returns will not be accepted without an RMA. Manufacturer restrictions do apply to all products.  Any item missing the UPC can only be replaced with the same item.  After thirty (30) days, only manufacturers’ warranties apply.  Applied Response Solutions, LLC reserves the right not to authorize the return of products that are no longer in production, or are being produced or published by a manufacturer or publisher that is insolvent, in bankruptcy, or will not accept returns from Applied Response Solutions, LLC.  For software, Applied Response Solutions, LLC offers only a credit or replacement on unopened items.  All products (unless otherwise noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer’s warranty.  The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product.  Extended warranties are sometimes offered directly through the manufacturer; please contact the manufacturer if you are interested in purchasing an extended warranty that may not be available through Applied Response Solutions, LLC.  ALL returns must be processed pursuant to the Return of Products Instructions listed below.  Any deviation from these instructions could result in a delay in processing or a complete forfeiture of your credit.  Defective products such as laser printers, inkjet printers, fax machines, UPSs, opened software, memory, specialty electronics components, and special order items may only be returned for a replacement and not for a credit.  Shipping fees, and insurance charges are not refunded.

Return of Defective Products

A defective product can be returned within thirty (30) days of the invoice date for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair (at Applied Response Solutions, LLC’s sole discretion).  To return a defective product, please contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and follow the Return of Products Instructions below.  The RMA is valid for 10 days from date of issuance.  Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.   Manufacturer restrictions do apply.  Any item missing the UPC can only be replaced with the same item.  After thirty (30) days, only manufacturers’ warranties apply.

Return of Non-Defective Products

Many non-defective product can be returned to Applied Response Solutions, LLC within thirty (30) days of the invoice date for credit or exchange (at Applied Response Solutions, LLC’s discretion).  Memory products, opened software, laser printers, inkjet printers, fax machines, UPSs, opened software and special order items can be returned for defective replacement only.  All non-defective returns are subject to a 10 percent (10%) restocking fee.  To return a non-defective product, please contact our Customer Service Department to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and follow the Return of Products Instructions below.  The RMA is valid for 10 days from date of issuance.  Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.   Manufacturer restrictions do apply.  Any item missing the UPC can only be replaced with the same item.  After 30 days, only manufacturers’ warranties apply.

No Return of Custom Orders/BTO Products

Applied Response Solutions, LLC does not accept returns of custom orders, build-to-order products or white boxes.  Only manufacturer warranties apply to these products.  If you have problems or questions regarding the return or replacement of a custom product you have received, please direct your questions to the manufacturer of the product.

Return of Products Instructions

Applied Response Solutions, LLC is confident in the quality of our products. If you need to return a product, please contact our Customer Service Department within thirty (30) days by e-mail or by phone at 512-868-9066.  Before returning any product, you must contact our Customer Service Department within thirty (30) days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  The RMA number is good only for one (1) or more items from the same order and must match the product(s) authorized for return.  The RMA is valid for ten (10) days from date of issuance.  Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.   Manufacturer restrictions do apply to all products. Any item missing the UPC can only be replaced with the same item. After thirty (30) days, only manufacturers’ warranties apply. Please have the following information at hand when requesting a replacement: (refer to packing slip)

  1. Order Number (i.e. MBZ0123456 )
  2. Product SKU number (i.e. 081234)
  3. Bill-to zip code
  4. Bill-to phone number

Please follow these instructions when sending your original item back:

  1. All products must be 100% complete and in original condition with all original packing material and boxes (with original UPC codes on manufacturer boxes), manuals, software, blank registration and warranty card(s) and all other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.   Original documentation and printed material must not be marked or defaced in any way.
  2. The RMA number must appear on your return packing label and on the shipping box.  Please do not write on the outside of the products box.  The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.
  3. Return your package to the address given to you by the Applied Response Solutions Returns Department.  You must send your package(s) via UPS, Federal Express, or other delivery service with tracking information.  (Do not send your package(s) via the U.S. Mail.)
  4. Applied Response Solutions, LLC strongly recommends that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged, and that you use a carrier that can provide proof of delivery for your protection.  We cannot be responsible for lost of misdirected returns.
  5. You must submit tracking numbers for every package shipped to our returns department via e-mail.
  6. Remember to include your packing slip from the original order.
  7. All shipping and handling on returned products must be prepaid by the customer.
  8. There will be a $35.00 re-box fee for products returned in a damaged box.
  9. Any returns sent to Applied Response Solutions, LLC's corporate address will not be accepted.

Note: The original item(s) must be received by our warehouse within 10 business days (two calendar weeks) of receipt of your return instructions.  Any discrepancies could result in a delay or complete forfeiture of your credit.

SERVICE AND SUPPORT

All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions. Applied Response Solutions, LLC will provide on-line technical notes on most products as well as links to the manufacturers sites.

SHIPPING POLICY

If an order is placed Monday through Friday (except for national holidays) before 1:00 p.m. Central Time, every attempt will be made to schedule the order for shipment the same day.  Most order placed before 3:00pm Central Time are a actually shipped the same day. Applied Response Solutions will choose the most efficient method of shipment to deliver the products to its customers on the next business day.  There will be an automatic charge of $25.00 to your account for any shipment that is refused without prior written permission from Applied Response Solutions.com LLC.

Please note the following:

  1. Applied Response Solutions, LLC does NOT ship outside the United States.
  2. Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  3. All Shipments are subject to stock availability.
  4. Applied Response Solutions, LLC does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

TAX

The purchaser is responsible for all applicable federal, state, municipal and other government taxes.  Unless otherwise specified, prices do not include such taxes.  Applied Response Solutions, LLC shall withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Texas.  Our distributors, in compliance with the laws in the States of California and Massachusetts, charge us extra for orders dropped shipped to those states.  We in turn "pass-through" these charges to our customers who ship to these States.  Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed incorrectly or at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or errors in pricing and description information received from our suppliers, Applied Response Solutions, LLC retains the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Applied Response Solutions, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.  If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Applied Response Solutions, LLC will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase price.

WARRANTIES

Manufacturer Warranty

Product warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer or publisher of the products.  If you are returning or replacing merchandise more than thirty (30) days after the date of invoice, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly.  After 30 days, only manufacturers’ warranties apply.   Manufacturers’ warranties vary on each product.  Extended warranties are available directly from select manufacturers.   Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice.

Warranty Disclaimer

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information on this web site.  Applied Response Solutions, LLC makes no warranty expressed or implied with respect to the accuracy of the information, including prices, product editorials, product specifications or advertising.
