- ARS sent personal that were part of a 10 man relief team to Haiti. The team offered a wide variety of skill sets, including medical, logistics, security, heavy equipment operations, and urban search/rescue.
- ARS participated in National Level Exercise 2009 (NLE 09). NLE 09 was the first major exercise conducted by the United States government that focused exclusively on terrorism prevention and protection.
